WHAT IS AN EMAIL?
Abbreviation for Electronic Mail. Like a letter, an email is a message sent from one person to another, except instead of writing or typing something on paper and then placing it in a post box the message is carried electronically from your computer to the recipient(s) via the internet.. As with sending a letter you can include all sorts of things such as photographs, music and videos with your email.
