HOW DOES BROADBAND WORK?
Broadband is provided in one of two ways — either via your normal BT Phone line (ADSL) or via your cable TV / telephone connection, known as cable broadband. Broadband has a greater capacity to carry data than a ‘normal’ phone line — meaning that you have a faster connection to the internet, with less interference
