WHAT IS BROADBAND? GETTING STARTED USING BROADBAND GLOSSARY
WHAT IS A FILTER / SPLITTER ?
Small adapters you need to plug into each of your broadband-enabled phone sockets. They ensure clean separation of data signals from voice signals - without them your voice calls could suffer interference when data is being transmitted. You will need one filter for each wall socket that shares the same line as your broadband equipment.
